. . . for you. That's what my customers tell me. Goat milk is very similar in molecular structure to human milk, and therefore easier than cow's milk to digest. Not only that, but goat milk has enzymes in it that help your body digest food.
This explains a lot.
Now I know why goat milk tastes like vomit -- it has digestive enzymes in it, just like my own stomach acids. Fortunately for me, my stomach acids rarely enter my mouth. Unfortunately for me, goat milk, goat butter, and goat cheese all have to enter my mouth before they can enter my stomach and help with digestion.
I tried goat butter on my toast today, and even after drinking my breakfast coffee, brushing my teeth, having my morning tea, and eating lunch, my mouth still tastes like throw up. It's like that phantom taste you get in your nostrils the day after recovering from food poisoning.
No more goat butter for me, thank you.
